Well it's about time...

Source Engine Changes (CS:S, DoD:S, TF2, HL2:DM)
  • Updated the materials used on models to ignore the $ignorez flag, to make it harder to create wallhacks on sv_pure 0 servers

I'll get around to fixing the affected hacks in a bit ::)

Thank you so much admin.

I love using wallhacked materials. It allows me an upper hand towards the enemy team. Without knowing whether or not there's an enemy around a corner, I'm always scared to go into action. But with wallhacks, I feel safe knowing that I can see people through walls.

I want to thank you again admin for continuing the material hack support, and that despite Valve trying to bring us down, you do not stop. Respect.

Optimus Prime Valve sucks at shit like this. The fix is ****ing simple as hell.

Gir, after downloading your mathack and looking at the vmts for the ammo kits and health kits to see why only ammo kits are being shown through walls, I have made the following discovery.

The game is blocking "ignorez". But it is not blocking "ignorez ". Note the space. So because of a typo you made in your mathack Gir, you've inadvertently found the way around their ignorez block. Just add a space after ignorez in the comments. "

Tested and works, nice valve, nice.

This hack does not look good.
It can see only through objects, but walls blocking them =(((

Well ... the only fix we could do is adding transparency to EVERY single walls texture  :-\ . Tell it if you can find something else working simply with the "ignorez" flag.

For anyone that does not have the materail hack working, download it by searching, BUT BEFORE playing i want you to go to the ITEMS menu and click all of the characters in order to make them see through wlls again.
Also, you cant see sentries through walls atm.

but if u got more time create a local server then type in console sv_cheats 1 mat_reloadallmaterials then whem all materials are reloadded u can see the Hax
